Before you start

Use a trusted device and open university services from their official addresses. Never enter a password or code into this guide.

Open the official sign-in and recovery portal ↗

Actions for your situation

I can still sign in

  1. If you can still sign in and your password may have been exposed, open the official university identity portal yourself on a trusted device and change it. Change the password on other accounts where you reused it, using a unique password for each.

I cannot sign in

  1. If you cannot sign in, check the password recovery option on the official university identity portal and contact the IT Center for help. Do not use a recovery link from a suspicious message.

Review access and report

  1. If available, sign out of active sessions and review your two-factor sign-in methods and recovery details. Ask the IT Center for help if these options are unavailable or you find unfamiliar changes.
  2. Report the time and signs of possible exposure through the IT Center's published general contact. Ask for referral if needed. Never send passwords, current or recovery codes, authenticator QR codes or certificate files.

After these actions

Whether you changed the password or started account recovery, review sign-in methods and sessions if available and report the possible exposure. This guide cannot confirm that unauthorized access has ended.

Report or ask for help

The university IT Center lists these as general contact details. A dedicated incident channel has not been verified.

Email opens a draft; you must send it yourself. This guide does not submit an incident report. Never send passwords, codes or certificate files. Official contact source ↗

Prepare a request draft; it is not submitted automatically

If the issue persists

Try the troubleshooting path, then prepare the error text without passwords or codes.
