Report a suspicious message

Choose your next step based on what happened.

After a suspicious message

  • You only received it: do not open its link or attachment; verify the request through an official channel.
  • You opened a link or ran a file: close the page and stop using the device for sensitive sign-ins if you ran an unknown file.
  • You entered a password or code: change the password through the official portal on a trusted device and report it promptly.

Report or ask for help

The university IT Center lists these as general contact details. A dedicated incident channel has not been verified.

Email opens a draft; you must send it yourself. This guide does not submit an incident report. Never send passwords, codes or certificate files. Official contact source ↗
