Before you start

  • Internet access and your device
  • An active account and service permission, if required

Use official university domains. Keep passwords, QR codes and verification codes private. Confirm account-specific settings with the IT Center.

Steps

University email guide (Legacy source; a working original address has not been verified)

  1. Check the official email source for your role’s eligibility.
  2. Check that your university account is active and email access has been granted. An account does not by itself confirm mailbox creation.
  3. Follow the official access request instructions. Contact the IT Center if no instructions are available.
  4. After access is confirmed, follow the email sign-in guide.

Check the outcome

Send a non-sensitive test message and check for a reply.
