Before you start
- Internet access and your device
- An active account and service permission, if required
Use official university domains. Keep passwords, QR codes and verification codes private. Confirm account-specific settings with the IT Center.
Steps
- For SSO, sign in to your university account and choose the email service; the system routes you according to your role.
- For direct access, open mail.ilam.ac.ir and use the sign-in method shown there.
- Check your mailbox and sign out when you finish.
- For Outlook or other IMAP/SMTP apps, follow the shared university email guide. Use the full email address and an App Password, not your SSO password.
